New Delhi: Pakistani players has removed from the Hockey India League (HIL) due to the alleged killings of Indian soldiers and protests by the Indian extremist political party Shiv Sena.

However, Indian Hockey association  said that they will give fees to all Pakistani players according to the agreement.

India Prime Minister Manmohan Singh that the country’s relations with Pakistan cannot become as they were in the past.

Earlier after the latest violence in disputed Kashmir Shiv Sena workers protested at a stadium where the Mumbai Magicians team, who have four Pakistani players in their squad, were practicing.
